OCs sort of based off of the game Inside but it's almost basically other characters following the plotline. Chris (the dude in the red jumper) is still part of and low-key controlled by that horrifying human blob but this time he's not completely inhuman. He has his own thoughts in this AU and yea.

Enter Lain the blonde child because a story is a boring story without any dialougue. The two meet in the farm and Lain tags along with Chris to the facility without Chris telling him his intention to free the blob thing. Lain just thinks Chris wants to end and the human experiments somehow. Same plotline follows but more shit happens.

btw i haven't decided yet but they're somewhere around 12-14 years old
